How much is shipping and who do you ship with?
We ship with Canada Post, and sometimes other couriers depending on where you are. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location. Free over $100.
How long does it take to get my order?
On average, it takes about 10 days from the time you place your order to when it arrives at your door. Most orders are shipped out within 2–3 business days, and the courier handles the rest depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange something?
If something doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to exchange most online items within 30 days of your order date. Just include the original slip as your receipt when sending it back.
