Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons, special releases, or in rare cases of technical delays, processing may take longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Times

  • On average, deliveries take about 5–10 business days from the time your order is shipped, depending on your location and Canada Post delivery times.
  • Many customers receive their orders sooner, but delivery times may vary due to postal service factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Exchange Shipping

  • If you need to exchange an item because of size, fit, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive the item and approve the exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
  • If the issue was caused by our mistake, such as receiving the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, please contact us before sending anything back. In most cases, we will send the correct replacement at no cost to you, and you may not need to return the original item. Please contact our team before starting any exchange so we can guide you through the correct process.
