Online Orders

Online purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To start an exchange, please email us at CSR@inac.ca with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note that online exchanges must be processed online and cannot be completed in-store.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please bring the item and your receipt to the store, and our team will be happy to assist you. 

Exchange Shipping

If you need to exchange an item because of size, fit, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once we receive the item and approve the exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost. 

If the issue was caused by our mistake, such as receiving the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, please contact us before sending anything back. In most cases, we will send the correct replacement at no cost to you, and you may not need to return the original item.
