FAQS

How much is shipping and who do you ship with?

We ship with Canada Post, and sometimes other couriers depending on where you are. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does it take to get my order?

On average, it takes about 10 days from the time you place your order to when it arrives at your door. Most orders ship out within 2–3 business days, and Canada Post handles the rest depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange something?

If something doesn’t work out, you’re welcome to exchange most online items within 30 days of your order date. Just include the original slip as your receipt when sending it back.

A few things to keep in mind:
• Some products are online only and can’t be exchanged in-store.
• For help with exchanging online exclusives, feel free to email us at CSR@inac.ca.
Wedding and jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

How do I know what size to get?

Every product page includes a size chart to help you find your best fit. We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually a safe choice, especially for a relaxed streetwear look.

Is it okay to wear INAC if I’m not Indigenous?

Absolutely. INAC is an Indigenous streetwear brand created for Indigenous peoples and allies. If you wear our clothing with respect and support the message behind it, you’re part of the movement.
