Please note sales placed online are processed separately from in-store sales. Orders placed online for local in-store pickup are subject to 1-2 business days for processing. Please wait for a call to confirm when your order is ready for pickup.

In-Store Policies

1. Returns/Exchange

We will gladly exchange qualified items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags still attached. Qualified returns can be exchanged for an alternate product or store credit. Gift returns are eligible for an exchange of the same product with an alternate size or colour only.

2. Tax Exemption

Unfortunately, we are ineligible to offer tax exemption in-store as our store is not considered to be on Treaty land.
All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.

3. Local Pickups/Product Holds

Orders placed with “Local Pickup” as the delivery option will only be held in-store for 60 days. We can hold some stock temporarily if there is storage space available in-store. Orange Shirt Day products are not eligible to be put on hold.

4. Payment

We accept Cash, Interact, and Credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

5. Final Sale

While we do accept exchanges on most of our products, there are some items that are not eligible for a return, these include:

  • Any products sold on sale/clearance
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Jewelry
  • Bedding
  • Masks
  • ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE FOR ALTERNATE SIZE ONLY Charitable items (Orange Shirt Day, Pink Shirt Day, Red Dress Day, Pride)

Online Policies

1. Returns/Exchange

We will gladly accept returns on qualified items within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags still attached. Qualified returns will be refunded, a restocking fee may be applied. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to return. To receive an RMA, please email csr@inac.ca. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Issue

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at csr@inac.ca. Any returns that are a result of an issue with the product, shipment, or order will either be returned at our cost and a replacement will be shipped out at no additional cost.

3. Tax Exemption
